Eligibility and Age Verification

1.1 You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and consent to age verification via:

1.2 Minors are strictly prohibited from circumventing age-gating mechanisms. Violations will result in:

→ Reporting to French judicial authorities (per Art. 227-24 of Child Protection Law)be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

​Account Responsibilities

You assume full legal liability for all account activities, including but not limited to:
→ Customization parameter inputs (even if unauthorized)
→ Third-party payment authorizations (e.g., spouse using your payment details)

Report suspicious logins to the secure portal within 24 hours. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Enhanced authentication

For orders over €5,000:
(1) Video call verification (using MorphoTrust liveness detection)
(2) Notarized signature at our expense

​Permitted Use

✅ Personal companionship
✅ Artistic photography (commercial license required)
✅ Medical aids (doctor’s prescription required)

​Strictly Prohibited

🚫 Resale/rental (violators forfeit ownership)
🚫 Public display of unmasked sensitive areas
🚫 Modification for BDSM extremism (violates EN 71-1 safety standards)

​User-generated content (UGC)

Customization data (e.g., facial scans):
→ Co-owned copyright
→ Grants us global non-exclusive license for product optimization

Revocation method: Email legal@luxecompanion.fr (15 days for processing)

2. Brand asset protection

Prohibited trademark usage includes:
→ Adult platform advertisements
→ Political/religious propaganda
→ Unauthorized third-party derivatives

Transaction and Fulfillment

1. Pricing Terms

Prices in EUR include 20% VAT

Custom orders require 50% non-refundable deposit (see §7.3)

Price adjustment triggers:
▶ Raw material cost fluctuation >15% (written notification required)
▶ Buyer can cancel within 7 days for a full refund

2. Shipping Responsibility

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We cover all import fees

Submit unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to preserve defect claim

Limitation of liability

​Product liability limit

Standard products: 200% of order value

VIP customization: Lesser of €500,000 or actual damages

Exclusions:
→ Improper storage (>30°C)

Silicon degradation → Damage caused by non-OEM cleaning agents

2. force majeure

Includes but not limited to:
⚡ EU silicone export restrictions
⚡ Customs seizures for public morality reasons
Permits 90-day delivery delay or contract termination

Termination and Default

1. Right of termination

We may immediately terminate services without refund if you:
→ Use products for human trafficking facilitation
→ Post unsubstantiated defamatory reviews on Trustpilot
→ File >3 frivolous chargebacks within 12 months

​Dispute Resolution

① Mandatory mediation via CMAP Paris
② Arbitration under ICC Fast-Track Rules
③ Exclusive jurisdiction: Paris Commercial Court

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
